Summary of our services

• Milling of harmless and dust-explosive material (St 0-2) up to 2 µm, depending on the grindability of the material with fixed top size limitation.
• Several processes can be also operated under inert gas (nitrogen).
• Silicon-free comminution is available on request (e.g. for powder coatings)
• Ultra-fine milling of laboratory-scale quantities up to 2 µm
• Ultra-fine milling on Jet Mills under clean room conditions
• Determination of the particle size distribution of substances (laser diffraction system)
• Mixing or stabilizing according to the customers’ recipe (e.g. addition of anti-caking agent)
• Reprocessing of agglomerated products
• Sieving and sifting of solid material
• Transforming a molten product into solid in an ongoing process on a Drum Flaker
• Packaging Changes (e.g. repackaging, secondary packaging, neutralizing)
• Filling of containers according to customers’ requirements. Substances can be packed in nearly all usual types of packaging such as valve bags, open mouth bags, barrels, big bags etc.
