2013 Implementation of a new ERP system

Building up a HACCP-compliant cryogenic grinding system
made of stainless steel. This is a Pin Mill GSM 250, which can be operated in three different modes:
  • Cryogenic grinding with liquid nitrogen
  • Inert with gaseous nitrogen (protective gas atmosphere)
  • Standard mode with specially processed compressed air
If necessary, sieving can be carried out subsequently to the grinding process, in order to produce defined fractions.
2012 Successful Bio Certification
2011 Conversion of the plant control from SP 5 to SP 7 concerning the plants 100 AFG, 200 AFG, 400 AFG and 315 ZPS

Installation of new rotary valves in above mentioned plants according to hygienic design directives

Construction of a new filling line (facilities included) consisting of a filling and dosage machine (Mac-Microdos-Duostep) for open mouth bags in combination with various eligible sewing machines (double stitched seam sewing-unit, adhesive asset, heatseal-system)

Due to a great order situation ten new employees could be hired.

New investments in oil-free compressor systems and usage of oil-free compressed air in the whole production site

The compressed air pipeline system is completely made of stainless steel.

Major overhaul of the Jet Mills

2009 Through expansionary investments now several plants can optionally be operated with compressed air or under inert gas atmosphere (nitrogen, protective gas atmosphere).
2008 Creation of a new Quality Assurance department under whose direction the laboratory could be essentially extended
2007 Installation of high-quality scales directly under the plants
2006 Creation of separate filling and storage areas by partition within the production buildings

In August the HACCP concept was introduced and certified by DQS for the first time.
Furthermore we have created separate rooms for the manufacturing plants in another building to provide an easy construction and exchange of different plants. This way we achieved a greater flexibility and product safety.

2004 In February our Quality Management System was certified by DQS according to ISO 9001 for the first time.
2003 Creation of separate rooms according to HACCP for all manufacturing plants in our main building to prevent cross-contamination
2001 Soil sealing of the access roads and commencement of the modernization of a further building
